THE OUTCOME 

The investigation into the Ocean Tower original project, the factors that interrupted its process and the final outcome have been key to understanding and valuing what would be considered a waste of space and a shame of the area by the locals. This prestigious area with a “dark spot” will take years to recover from this failed project. It is true that this is a big project, but it is also true that it has become the city’s masterpiece, the roaring giant calling out to urban explorers to come and see its majesty, to come and discover its hidden treasures. Insisting urban explorers to become curious again, to “enforce and extended state of childhood” (Romany WG, 2011)
